Calling-Us ® MAX can forward calls internally within your company or externally to other landline, mobile or VoIP numbers. If nobody can be reached or if you do not to forward calls at certain times the callers can request previously provided information or they can leave a message.
The customer will easily be able to acquire the information which is relevant to them by navigating through easy-to-use menues via their phone keyboard. The Enterprise version enables you to provide fax documents - besides voice messages - which can be requested by the caller.
Alerting / Notification via phone call or SMS
Calling-Us MAX can inform you via phone call, fax, SMS or Email about various events, like an incoming fax. The notification will be triggered e.g. by HTTP request, DLL call, DDE or in the most simple case by writing information to a file.
